Duncan Trussell

Duncan Trussell is a writer, actor, and stand up comedian. He has written and appeared in sketches for two seasons of Fuel TV’s Stupidface, Showtime’s La La Land, Comedy Central’s Nick Swardson’s Pretend Time playing a pro-meth protestor, and both seasons of HBO’s Funny or Die Presents. He was featured in an episode of the Funny or Die web series Drunk History titled “Tesla & Edison”. His television credits include MADtv, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Roots 3. He is the host of Thunderbrain, a comedy science pilot he is developing with Comedy Central.

As a standup comedian, Duncan performed at the Montreal 2009 JUST FOR LAUGHS FESTIVAL, and regularly performs at premiere comedy venues around the country. He can be seen regularly at the Hollywood Improv and Comedy Store in Los Angeles. Duncan also produces and performs in COMEDY IS DEAD at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, which has become one of LA’s most prestigious alternative comedy shows. Duncan is a regular guest on Joe Rogan’s podcast THE JOE ROGAN EXPERIENCE (www.joerogan.net), and hosts his own podcast THE LAVENDER HOUR with Natasha Leggero (www.lavenderhour.com) The Duncan Trussell Family Hour is a weekly audio podcast by comedian and writer Duncan Trussell. Designed as a 21st century salon, each episode features Duncan and a special guest exploring a diverse range of topics, including art, society, politics, religion, and more.
